GCSE Revision

This time of year year 11 should be revising hard and using exam papers is the best way to do this.

I have found this great website from Coggleton High School which has loads of resources for the new GCSE 1-9exam... enjoy!

Had a great week working with children in my local library in Brackley and also Middleton Cheney Library doing Gnasher's Doghouse. The children learnt the names of 2-D shapes by playing shape bingo, discussed what a net was and learnt the names of 3-D shape and then made Gnasher's Doghouse using the net provided. Next week we'll be kite making in Brackley and learning names of quadrilaterals and in Middleton Cheney we'll be making things that balance in strange ways.

BBC2 next week is Science week between 1 and 3pm They are showing BBC BITESIZE programmes between 1 and 2pm followed by The planets between 2 and 3pm for all the budding astronomers put there!
